| This module can be integrated with smartcard
based portable medical records, "SmartRecord Health Card",
for quick and easy retrieval of personal, insurance and medical
information. |
| Once the patient is in a room after
registration, and after seeing the receptionist and the nurse,
30-40% of the charting has been done. |
| The module is integrated with Smart Archives
and the provider can review the old chart from his main console.

| New patient H&P, Office Notes, Referral
letters, etc., can be generated in a few minutes during or after
interview with the patient. The technique could be point & click,
voice recognition or wave to text or traditional typing, what ever

| The generated documents can be stored with or
without encryption and digital signature to enforce security and
privacy of the data and HIPAA regulations. |
| E&M coding is not manual, it is automatic after
chart generation to backup your claims (Yes, you can definitely
change your E&M level). |

This module can be used on computer tablets with
touch screen or on separate terminal with monitor splitter, such as
'Buddy'.
Patients with Internet access should be encouraged
to use Clinic web site forms to prevent crowded waiting room.
