with nice looking user interface and the user does not need to
know database setup and maintenance. Most of the Client/Server
software require database knowledge and IT professionals to
maintain the server.
Privacy/Security: SmartMedix uses
smart card based login security cards and follows HIPAA
guidelines. There are different levels of security and only
authorized personnel can access the highly restricted sections of
software, such as database, audit trails and account balances.
Encryption/Digital signatures:
Our software use Government approved AES algorithm and
Digital signatures for medical documents. The software will detect
if the documents were changed or tempered.
Training: SDS will provide first
class training to your staff and continuing support and updates
every year. We will make sure that you will be able to run the
practice efficiently from day 1.
Data Recovery: SmartMedix is designed to
backup data daily and SDS will show you how to back up (off site)
your data efficiently from database. You will not have worry for
