 | This module is designed for present and future
medical clinic scheduling techniques. There are a few ways of
interaction between patients and the scheduler (receptionist). It
could be complete by face to face, by telephone, by Email, by
Internet chat room at the clinic web site (template will be
provided in SmartMedix). |
| This module can be integrated with smartcard
based portable medical records, "SmartRecord Health Card",
for quick and easy retrieval of personal, insurance and medical
information. |
| The module can schedule not only patients, but
also equipment maintenance jobs, rooms, staff and providers.

| The receptionist and office manager can get on
the spot information about current patient in and out situation
and room or bed control, and which patient is waiting for how long
and so on and so forth. |
| Patient registration information is save on
central database and it is shared with other modules. Other users
do not need to do data entry again after once the information is
entered. |

Tips: |
This module can be used on computer tablets with
touch screen or on separate terminal with monitor splitter, such as
'Buddy'.
Patients with Internet access should be encouraged
to use Clinic web site forms to prevent crowded waiting room.
