  SmartRecord™ Health Card

The SmartRecord™ Health Card is a high-tech, secure, smart card based patient information card as well as Portable Medical Record that patients can carry in their wallet and provide information promptly when needed most in a medical setting. The SmartRecord Health Card is CCOW ready and seamlessly integrated with other CCOW (Vergence ready) applications.

Features of SmartRecord Health Card

High capacity ISO-7816 compatible smartcard
Ability to use not only as patient information card, but also as Portable Medical Records.
Easy to implement as multi-application card
Able to store and retrieve the patient's general, medical, insurance, and contacts information including H&P, D/C summary, ECG images and endoscopy images.
The card is designed to be used as a secure vehicle for medication  prescriptions, Lab and X-ray orders.
Information can be printed out for paper records or exported in HTML, CSV, Text and XML format for integration with other legacy systems.
The card is designed to be used with SDS products, SmartMedix software, as information gateway and export information to SmartMedix Electronic Medical Records seamlessly.
Information on the card is stored after encryption and it is protected with user and patient login cards using SmartPass Security.
SmartRecord is CCOW (Vergence) ready.
